Great video, lots of grammar simply explained and easy to follow. I'm a beginner in Japanese so I found I could barely follow the spoken language very well, even after listening a few times and with subtitles. Too fast and quiet for me 😅
@studywithmai. No there's nothing wrong with it, I'm glad to hear japanese as it is spoken naturally and you gave lots of chances to understand the conversation more clearly. I just think I have a long way to go until I understand natural spoken japanese, but more videos like this from you will surely help me 😊
@@studywithmai. I meant, it was a complicated name for a cake😄. In France we simply have "gâteau basque" (Basque cake), from the Basque region (pays basque).
I get it that Japanese word structure delivers a barrage of syllables (which don't unpick easily into English). It's tough but I'm listening. Thankyou for another lesson. 👍

Thank you for your comment! I should have spoken more clearly and slowly😅

Real-life practical Japanese conversation practice. This is just what I need to supplement my textbook studying.

Oh my! Very challenging in the noisy environment of the cafe, but also very realistic. Useful. Thank you.
Sorry for the noise because I took the video in a hurry💦 がんばって😉
@@studywithmai. It’s my problem. 私の耳は遠くにあります 👂

Thank you for a great video Mai-San. Although now I'm craving for cheesecake 🙂
いいね😊
Great lesson, ありがとうございます先生😊. The Masala chai basque cake was not the easiest one to pronounce though😅
Sorry! In Japan, many foreign words are used in katakana as is 😅

Yes, Japanese and English are completely different, so a direct translation is difficult 😅
Mai! まい-さん! 🙂👍
どうも有難う御座います🙇🏾🙇🏾

If I was a producer of Japanese educational content videos, I would be very pleased and satisfied with this result.
Thank you 😊✨
