ANOTHER BANGER JUMPLINE IN CHARLOTTE

Rocky Branch Park came out swinging in 2024. First day the new tumpline is open and it is pretty sweet. The wooden platform is awesome and is a true work of art. The lines are progressive from blue to double black. The double black isn't too difficult though but there are two mediatory gap drops that are about 3 feet or so. There are two wooden wall rides, both of which are sick and work pretty well. I think the blue line could use one or two more jumps after the last roller drop but that is really the only thing that I can say.
The wooden lips are odd feeling at first but I think after hitting them a few more times, I could get used to them and they would work well. All in all, very impressed and a great addition to Rocky Branch and a great addition to the Charlotte trail scene. Keep it up!

I think it has something to do with the city funding. If I where eating them, they’d be green, blue, and Blue/Black based off of other Charlotte trails but I’m sure they have a reason haha

Why does everyone who builds berms in Charlotte never build them steep enough? The fact that you have to pedal to hit that drop on the double black is so fucking lame.

I’m not the greatest at cornering but I also didn’t see anybody hit it without pedaling either. A steeper berm would be nice, still works as is though. I’m hoping there will be some tweaks in the future
