I'm 29, and remember seeing him live, in Canton Ohio at the Blues Festival. I can't recall anything besides him getting off the tour bus, I remember the crowd just completely laid back. Then him waving as he took his guitar strap over his head and hand it off. And go back to the tour bus. Whatever happened in that time lapse was definitely amazing. I was younger easily 15 years ago. But if I could imagine myself at the time I was probably the only one standing and my jaw just on the ground.
Robert Cray is one of the most underrated blues musicians. I remember bumping his music, especially this jam, in my lowrider in ‘95 and this jam has some great bass!!! Great memories
