I love little realism things like this. Another one that's easy to miss is if you go to Back Alley Bowling with 5000 Pre-War Money, you can actually pay to play a game. (Of course everything is busted, but if you have a junk jet or that ball launcher from Far Harbor you can kinda roleplay that you're bowling.)
I wish there was the option to claim the galleria as a settlement after talking to the director. It would be a great trading post for the caravans from bunker hill
@@mattasticmattattack8546 Still makes no sense, and I use this dialogue every time I talk to him myself if I don't actually have the real ID, so I'm quite familiar with the line by now.
In the General Atomics Factory, where Ada takes you to hunt down another robobrain, there's an ID card of the poor guy who was supposed to take that job, on a desk behind a locked door.
@@gregorybrannan7202 I get super frustrated with trying to parkour, and hence, I suck at it. Not trying to denigrate. I'm a simple man with simple thoughts; "hmm, locked door; go get more lockpicking." But that's the true beauty of FO4; your style works, my style works, we're both happy.
@@emeryduhgameralso the money in the game likely had a higher value, we are talking about a retrofuturistic game after all and the US didn't have a crisis.
Strange quest. I think the only reason to do this is to have a few extra merchants. They don't have very much, but if you have the perks and bobblehead, you can get some extra bottlecaps. Only useful at the beginning of the game. Bottlecaps are useless later on.
Not this unmarked quest. The actual ID card really exists in the game and it's at the General Atomics Factory. They actually made the skeleton of the guy (and ID card) who was supposed to be Supervisor. The speech check is the alternative route.
@@foofoo3344 But what's the point of the quest? What interesting characters do you interact with? How does it change the environment? They didn't even make the Galleria a Settlement.
in the general atomics factory, above the lobby you can find an id card that lets you skip straight to the end without the speech check
GOATED 😎
You can also grab the tickets from the food shop that’s between the coffee shop and the clothes shop.

Yea definitely
Absolutely. I was thinking the same thing.
Good thing you quicksaved this gutsy obliterates you outside of power armor
Depends on your level & skills, I'm very sure I beat it with a tire iron once no sweat.
The , " ... provisional basis. " , line was a reference to you being a prewar military soldier
What if it's the Female character?
@@foofoo3344 then it wasn't about you lol
Why? Something being accepted on a "provisional basis" isn't a military phrase, or have anything to do with the military.
@adamb89 rewatch the video, you might understand the context in which I'm referring to

If you go to the G.A Factory, you can find the ID for the supervisor, skipping the speech check.
15 dollars is the grand prize, you can buy an 1/8 of a cup of coffee

Always love doing this one and just having the extra large number of scavengers roaming the Mall grounds from then on.
order up has to be atleast top 3. it starts whenever you get done with wolfgang and simone , so it doesn’t matter what you do with them
The grand prize is only $15?
I mean the model for the pre-war money in game is large stacks of bills so it’s likely a lot more than that
@@emeryduhgameralso the money in the game likely had a higher value, we are talking about a retrofuturistic game after all and the US didn't have a crisis.
@@emeryduhgameryeah but prewar america was suffering from hyper inflation, so it may only be like 15 bucks effectively.

Whats the problem? 🤔 There are 191 quests, but they are not all handed to you. You have to explore a LOT which I love doing.
I could’ve done this but i killed everyone
Same i killed them right away i ussualy explore later
I didn't know that was an option , just taking notes for my next playthrough 😈

With nuka world, caps are a hinderance
I hardly count anything that goes into the miscellaneous tab as a quest.
Exp is exp to me, talking to npc’s to complete a task is a quest in my book
There are times when the shallowness of f4 quests is simply baffling.
