Healthy and delicious vegetable casserole!👩🍳
Broccoli and cauliflower harmonize perfectly with the sweetness of peppers and the sourness of tomatoes 😋

● Cauliflower - 350 g
● Broccoli - 350 g
● Sweet pepper - 1 pc
● Cherry tomatoes - 100 g
● Egg - 4 pcs
● Heavy Cream - 180 ml
● Salt, Black pepper, Oregano
● Cheese - 200 g

Great video. Instead of eggs and cream I use egg-white and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over broccoli and other veg and cook it like an omelette. The egg white and Parmesan make it creamy. 😊❤

A nice meal or treat but I would limit the amount of cream and especially all of the cheese. Much healthier to use more spices and less salt. In fact I never add salt when I make this type of meal.

Minus the heavy cream I like the recepie alittle cheese won't hurt but heavy cream is very unhealthy we encourage people to eat healthy so I would think of something else to use instead of heavy cream but it is a nice recepie and I will definately try it but not with heavy cream. Thanks for sharing
