I watched Anohana again 10 years later after I watched the first time recently. It hit me hard how it represented the good times and innocence as a kid with friends. Now more when my friends all left the country we lived in. It still hits me hard how those times will never be back cause you know growing up and time passing.

Best stand-alone drama anime ever. Cant stop crying everytime I watch it. It recalls so many pieces of my memories when i was a kid and never ceases to remind me that friends that we grew up with are so invaluable when we get older and look back on those days. By the way I used to think that due to cultural differences, the sentimental subtleties of Japanese animes and RPGs may only be touching to Asians (I am Chinese) but after reading the comments now I understand how great artworks unit and connect people beyond borders.

This is their spotify, Circle game is song number 9 but i recommend checking out their others songs too as some of them are great. Also check out BBHF as this is their new group - same style of music mostly just new great songs (they disbanded apparently to avoid being a "highschool" band now they are older and formed BBHF).

Best stand-alone drama anime ever. Cant stop crying everytime I watch it. It recalls so many pieces of my memories when i was a kid and never ceases to remind me that friends that we grew up with are so invaluable when we get older and look back on those days. By the way I used to think that due to cultural differences, the sentimental subtleties of Japanese animes and RPGs may only be touching to Asians (I am Chinese) but after reading the comments now I understand how great artworks unit and connect people beyond borders.
When the intro of the song played, I already knew that this would be a great song. Two thumbs up :)
