The problem with your real estate agency is, it makes people mad if they see a good villa for a good price (3,7 mill) and then they check the website and it is nearly double the price (5,9 mill!!!!)
Hi Saman, Our apologies. We found a better plot an decided to make the project bigger and include more gardens, hence the higher price. We do however have other projects by the same designer at other price points.
