Good question: The Scale is anime only. Though I will say using manga feats. I've came to a calc off of a calc to still show Toguro is island level in the manga with his punches. And it isn't hyperbole either. May do a quick video on it since it was recorded already.
I heard on a content thread that they might possibly increase the speed from Suzaku's lightning feat if deem considered real lightning, which judging from what I see, they seem to be accepting the idea so far. I say "so far" only because I haven't heard much for the past couple of days or so. So with any possible hope, YYH speed just might get upgraded, so hears to hoping
