I'm back and feeling much better after a summer of burnout and anxiety. In 2020 I've made a promise to myself - no full marathons this year! Instead I'm focussing on 10ks and halfs and improving my speed over shorter distances... without pushing myself into a state of anxiety. So in conclusion, less pressure and more enjoyment!
My nutrition still needs some tweaks and I need to get to the root of my inflammation too - watch this space!
