Robert, did you get your truck all set up and running? I need to make an update to this video as my truck has had many modern modifications since I originally posted this.
I've got some jankel seats for that if you want them. I got them on government planet and I guess I'm not going to use them. their very comfy, made to absorb an IED. you don't need that naturally but they are very functional, the military paid 40k for the set of 4. I got them cheap on government planet. wish I had a humvee to put them in but I don't. let me know if you want them I'll send them to you, they are like new, youd like them they have to be the best thing ever made for humvee seats i'd like to see someone get some use out of them
I interesting. How did you pick up on that? The left front pads are slapping around in the caliper bracket. I lubed the slide pins and it goes away with light pressure on the brake pedal. But what you said makes sense.
@@McSpeedAlaskanAdventures Because my H1 had the same problem, sounded the exact same at low speeds. If you check my channel - I put a gopro under the truck pointed at the rotor I thought was warped and it's tough with the wind noise but you can hear the metallic "clapping noise".
I traded a 2012 John Deere Gator RSXi850 plus $500 for it. Taxes and title/tag work was about $550. I then spent a flurry of small things such as a water pump, hoses, tires, brakes, and lighting. I recently put bucket seats in and other things. So maybe $14,000 at this point. I haven’t really added it up.
It is just a Mount I got at Autozone and modified it to bolt to the dash bolt. The Humvee is now in Alaska. It is -12 out there and I have it plugged in. Hopefully it will start this weekend so I can move it over to my house. I hope to have a lot of content in it here. I also got a new four man kit and all the mounts for the front brush guard.
Just picked up a m998 here in Texas and I appreciate the video.

I like the rear door mod ! 😎👍
Very good presentation in calmly manner.
I’ve gone for a ride in Chris’s HUMVEE and I have been in the military, and it is definitely the nicest one I’ve ever been in!
HMMWV high mobility multipurpose wheeled vehicle. Not multi wheeled vehicle. Just FYI.
That thing might be slower to my daddy's old Isuzu pickup truck. 😂
You are correct!!!!

Got some warped rotor / pad slap going on. Careful it will kill your brake adapters.

What kind of phone mount is that?
