Go through everything as much as possible and try to speak in German at home too so that you can adapt.... During your Studienkolleg focus on revising and practicing questions so that your FSP exam goes really well.. you need to get very good grades... I would advise you to pick up a part time job in High school and Studienkolleg year so that you can save some money for the future as jobs while studying medicine can be difficult but not impossible... You can do jobs in your university itself to ease that... Extracurriculars aren't that important as Germany focuses on grades mainly... Extracurriculars are for the USA... All the best 💯

You can make it with german banks, Most people use Expatrio or Fintiba, You need to be 18 years old to open one, If not you need a guardian on your behalf to do so
Yes, you can create it in your home country with a blocked account provider. Once you arrive in Germany, you can connect a normal German bank account to it and the blocked account gets activated :) From the blocked account you will get 934 Euros per month into your German bank account and you can use that money to pay for everything
