    THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I think we were just trying to over complicate it too much. This is a well deserved vacation for my daughter after workin in the ICU unit for the past three years. You’re so awesome for taking the time to answer my question!

    This is where we are staying on our next Dland visit. I stayed here once way back in the 1970s as a kid. Back then it was the Sheraton Grand Hotel. I can't believe how beautiful it still looks in your video and I am very excited for our stay.

    This is my favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland. I just love it... such a wonderful hotel. 🏰

    I just had a stay here and wanted to circle back and post some thoughts. I agree with a lot of your points here. My criticism is that the bathrooms are uncomfortably tiny. The size of the hotel is so big it is difficult for the staff to monitor. There were messes say of a spilled dinner in the elevator. And some of the signage was taped pieces of paper. But these things are a bit nit picky. If you need a bigger bathroom they do have accessible rooms. I think I was the only guest in my floor wing. There is a lot to like about the place. The staff is what makes this place sparkle in my mind.

    Just stayed there over the weekend. Went to Disneyland and an Angels game which was super close to the hotel (thanks shuttle). Great plus to stay! Plus their bartender makes good margaritas 😂

    Love the look of this hotel that I never knew existed. Also love the prices. You folks are so knowledgable about all things Disney. I do have an off topic question that maybe you or one of your viewers could answer. My Daughter is a nurse and will be taking a badly needed vacation with her daughter over Halloween. Thanks to all your information we have managed to acquire tickets for the Disney events. However she also wants to take her 14 year old daughter to Knots. We can't seem to figure out what tickets to buy for the after hours event, and do we need a general admission as well? We live very far away and are having trouble understanding the web site. The family is on stand by to grab tickets when come up for sale, she'll be working and this is our gift to her (it will be 3am our time). We just don't know what to buy. HELP!

      Thanks. Tickets go on sale Aug 15th for Knott's Scary Farm you need to be ready at midnight the night of the 14th. There will be a specific tickets header and button on the scary farm page that shows up at that time to buy tickets!

    We also enjoy Knott's and staying at the Knott's Hotel, but that place blows the Knott's Hotel out of the water - - - there is no comparison..... Disneyland Beat is the best.....

    This is one of the best non-Disney hotels in Anaheim area. Rooms are spacious, good selection of food & activities, and so close to the parks

    (imitated Willy Wonka): The whole classic and modern Disney characters of the whole Disney Parks from around the world in United States, Japan, France, Hong Kong and China. I want you to bring them all. (to myself): But Jimmy, don't forget what happened to Walt Disney, Roy O. Disney and Roy E. Disney who suddenly got everything they always wanted. They all lived happily ever after.

    What movie or TV show is Princess Corinne from? Whatever movie or TV show she's from can't be from Disney. Otherwise, she would have been seen on Disney Princess merchandises and Disney fans would have seen her before.

    Nice tour ! I think this particular hotel was once The Sheraton hotel, about twelve years ago or so. I remember the layout of the place when I stayed there. It's basically the same with the exception of the newer appointments. Is the aquarium still there in the lobby ?

    Does the shuttle go early? I was wondering if you can rope drop from this hotel?

    • @TheDisneylandBeat
      @TheDisneylandBeat  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. 1 hr early. That's not going to get you at the front of the line for gate open but rope drop worked for us!

    How long does it take waiting for the shuttle, unloading and loading, and getting to the location? The amount of time eaten up traveling back and forth is the biggest drawback for me, especially if we need to go back to the hotel for a midday rest. It seems faster overall to walk directly across the street. Any thoughts?

    • @TheDisneylandBeat
      @TheDisneylandBeat  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      It's always faster/better to stay closer, no doubt. Walking is preferable to the shuttle for sure. But this was one of the best shuttle experiences we have had.😊💜✨

      While the hotel is across the street, it's not as simple as walking directly across. You would have to walk around to the other side of the park to get to the entrance. Just over a mile and about a 20 minute walk.

    I booked hotel for two nights upon your recommendation. However parking is certainly not free. You pay $20 a day for parking which ruined our experience plus no free breakfast. Shuttle is decent but not if you have to pay $20 for it because of parking.

      We are so sorry for the bad info! We just looked and realized they changed their policy this year. Again so sorry!!

    Was parking free at the hotel?

      No they have very recently added a 20 dollar charge! Think it would be great for a solo trip!
