I have a bunch of questions actually and I feel you exactly at the end of "This isn't my passion, but I knew I had to get my foot in the door". I'm at the point where I want to start hiring employees but at the same time I need to make a transition on pricing. I feel like a lot of people wouldn't pay the "premium" prices that are similar to yours because detailers around my area 40 for inside out and I want to charge similar prices like you. I'm kind of stuck on that perspective. Any input?
Hey man where are you located? I would be really surprised if every competitor is charging $40 because no one would be able to stay open and definitely couldn't hire anyone. Look into the top detailers in your area and see what they're charging. We can hop on a call too.
