She had implants or something… they looked real. Anyway something deep inside me churned groaned ached immediately. I could not explain it… just at an instinctual level. There is something going on in the male biology that seems a little dark to me. That was an animal reaction… and I was really attracted to her because of it. Nothing happened but that sudden swift onslaught of animal desire for no apparent reason really intrigued me. Why?

I think people can be so easy to dismiss her, even to the extent of cancellation. Especially milking on her past controversies and scandals, like we all never had any at any point in our lives and never had the chance to just change. People act like people can’t change. When I was in high school in the 90’s the “goth” kids were usually the ones that got picked on when they were younger. I hung out with everyone including the goth kids and they had more posers than all the other groups.
I was a teen In the 90s n the posers were the least with goth kids
But also the goth kids were tougher than jocks or preps but I come from a city where everyone boxed or wrestled or worked hard , no pussies in my city in the 90s until ppl from Boston n NY moved in n thought they were tough n got their as beat by us portuguese ppl

The Jocks were too afraid to mess with the punks or goths because they took it to 11. “That’s a nice car your daddy bought you. Be a real shame if it caught on fire in the middle of the night.” Preps kind of kept to themselves sometimes hung with the jocks. Preps were kind of a protected group because they had the money to buy the drugs the goths, punks, and heads all sold.
Goths are those who wanted to be cool and popular but were mentally ill and or/ugly lol. The outfits and style were for the attention.

This really brings back memories of me trying to understand goth culture growing up in the Midwest/south from the mid 80s to early 90s. I really understand Theo’s perspective and the whole seductive siren thing. I actually listened to NIN, Sick Puppy, Ministry, Concrete Blonde, Siouxie, Depeche Mode, and even went to see the Cure in concert. I just was into a lot of other things too so I would never consider myself Goth. Excellent interview!

I had to get out of my comfort zone and really buy some shit I never thought I'd wear... I honestly did get inspiration from Kat for these outfits. Now I just feel so much more comfortable and myself in these "daring" outfits... I do have depression and 2 two kids though so most days I just wear a bad ass band shirt with jeans and that's it, but when I want to be made up or even just spend a little more time on myself and I go for my clothes that I feel more myself in... I did finally get some boots from Kat's shoe business and I am in love with them! Now that I have boots I like I will wear more of my outfits bc I think I don't wear them bc I only have my skater shoes and they don't go with my skinny felt and shiny skinny pants... Now I have boots that do! I have never been a big boot goth girl though...
