Nile is lucky he only heard them. I was in a small caravan once and woke up in the middle of the night and couldn’t go back to sleep for 3 hours because the parents were up if you know what I mean. We must have been 4ft apart with only a screen separating us and 2 of my cousins next to me. Truly scaring.
As a teacher, I often feel like Joanna with Nile. Like, I'm more subdued and able to get the job done, but I don't necessarily bring the same energy as my co-teachers.

Regarding “maximize your morning” I can agree - around here we do a 7/11, usually in the summers, but it’s been beneficial during the lockdown. We have 7 things to get done before 11am. Great way to start your day. It’s so easy to slip into a visions cycle of depression and self hatred and laziness when you let yourself sleep in late and lay around doing nothing say after day.
I'm a retired gymnast from the US who loves your brother as a gymnast and occasionally as a vlogger (really appreciated his mention of Athlete A) But NOT GONNA LIE I think you're a better/more entertaining vlogger and I'm excited to start watching your channel. Also y'all remind me of me and my brother

Normally he is so out there with his comments and asides. I can well understand why he doesn't want to answer some questions, but I certainly wouldn't take part in this sort of video to guard my privacy.

Forgot to twll you. My son is 16 and he was never into anything really BUT SKATEBOARDING until one day him and his friend started pushing eachother to do pushups and situps eveey morning and night and boy his 6 pa k is amazing. And all his muscles and gis motivation for it. ANYWAY.. I tell him now to train smart and keep it real haha he kaughs and calls me a dork cuz im his mom but ik hea proud of what je has accomplished i want to do that gymnastics thing with him.. But i have luous and fibromyalgia. And we both habe severe asthma but more my body hurts really badly from just walking and tire easily.. It has made me gain a ton of weightm i used to weight 95 lbs all thru 7th to 12th grade. Age 19 until i got orego. Bit i evem lost weight again after voth my kids each time until o got my lupus amd fibromyalgia symptoms and finally diagnosis. And its hard to even walk. Anyway. I want to start it with him but dont want to have to stop from health issues and leave him hanging.. Shoukd i mayne have him and his friend do it instead?? Lol id love to do what i cam with him so we stay close. Lol i used to do gymnastics lol but when i was younger. IT WAS MY FAV THING TO DO IN YHE WORLD.lol i wished i was a gymnast i, olympics but sidnt start at a young age. I mean, only from what my mom taught me lol anyway babbles again. Sorry hahaha my family gets ob me for it HAHA
