I love the bond between Joanna and Nile. And whenever I'm felling like unmotivated I just go back and watch an old video and they make my laugh and inspire me to do something good with my day rather than spending an unhealthy amount of time on tiktok

This is directed at Nile, but applies to Joanna and everyone.
I hope Nile reads this and takes it to heart. You have a family and a following of friends who love you unconditionally. We all make mistakes and over step what is good for us sometimes. I want you to tell yourself personally that when, not if , I(you) happen to fall off the wagon, don't beat yourself up. Admit , accept, and when you fall off the wagon, get right back on with all the love and more that you had for yourself and others before you fell off. I had a saying that helped me. If one falls off the wagon, don't let the back wheels run you over. get right back on. Everyone is human.
You will find your way. Maybe you just need to yell at your Father a little bit more. He will listen , he is a good chap.

I'd kill for a brother/sister relationship like the one you two share. I am a couple years older than your mum and dad. I'm the youngest and only girl in my family. There's a 9 & 8 year age gap between me and my 2 brothers. My oldest is 63 & severely physically and mentally handicapped. He lives with me since our parents died 7 years ago. I was a judge until I became very ill. I'd been sickly my whole life, but I would always bounce back but in 2002, I began a serious downward spiral. I was a very healthy eater and very athletic. I ran and lifted weights for 2 hrs after work every day unless I was still in court or had an event after work. Being a judge, even on little stuff, I took it just as seriously as a death penalty case because it WAS that important to the defendant & prosecutor, so it's quite stressful. I have the scales of justice tatooed on my back, as they should be, EQUAL FOR EVERYONE. Anyway, my 2nd brother molested me for over 8 years and physically hit me & my other brother (he doesn't hit him in front of me NOW because I'd kick his ass or shoot him.) He's a beloved local politician and just like he said when I was little, no one would believe me.
He's never said a word about my cerebral lupus diagnosis that's messing with my CNS, it's also affecting my entire body. Plus, I was diagnosed with leukemia before Christmas. He'd be happy if both my brother & myself died. So, I am very envious of your relationship. I wish I had someone to talk to, and I don't like to bother the few friends that I have and the people who loved me are dead. But, lupus is usually triggered by a traumatic experience or years and years of them.
Niles, if I was 30 years younger and able to have the only dream I have left, which is to move to the UK, to actually come true (none of the others came true). I'd definitely be signing up for some gymnastics classes and I'd be working my sweet southern charm on you. I was born a ginger, very pale skin and very blue eyes. So, there's loads of ladies out there, just be careful from what pool you're fishing from and listen to your inner voice, if she's not intellectually your equal, walk away. If she's not at least a bit of a risk taker, walk away. Physically, she'll most likely never be your equal unless you wind up like Bart Conner & Nadia Comaneci. She should be fit or trying to become fit and but not be absorbed by your shadow. You think of yourself as short, but you cast a very tall shadow, she needs an independent streak. Joanna can talk about all about that stuff. Plus, she's got to mesh with your family. If my old self does ever get over there, I'd love for my fiancee and I to hang out with your parents and talk about the good old days, the 80s!
Joanna, I think of you as the anchor of the family. Every family needs one or they drift off and away from the from each other. I'd love for you to interview your parents on how they met, fell in love with each other and decided to get married. It would be hysterical! Anyway, I love your channel too!

Your relationship is amazing and it's very touching how you all support each other but especially how you've supported Nile through some very difficult times.
