    Your hair has come a long way ! Just have to maintain your trims so the ends don’t continue to snag of. While too much washing of the hair can cause it to become brittle and cause breakage, a dirty scalp can clog pores and inhibit proper circulation which is needed to stimulate hair growth, so a balance is needed. I have realised if I dont wash my hair after 8-10 days it tends to be weighed down and makes manipulation of my hair very difficult which can lead to further breakage. So i always try to deep condition every 8-10 days to keep that balance. 😊

      I always appreciate your feedback. You're so insightful! Thanks for sharing. I agree with everything that you said. Balance is important. Knowing what works for you and how to tweak your régimen to give your hair the best chance is crucial. I'm in need of a proper trim. My plan to go without washing for 1 month at a time, goes hand in hand with little manipulation. I don't use much product on my hair, so i don't forsee that issue. My main concern is that I sweat a lot. Having the discipline not to wash will be hard 😅
