    Hi Jason
    if u r reading this comment then pls pls reply ..I know ur time is precious n u r busy but pls pls give it a chance..
    bcz i know u can relate to this..
    n thanks for the videos bcz they are awesome....contains lots of good techniques.. helped me a lot ..
    yes, I discussed about all this with my coach friends but my problem is still the same.
    thing is that while practicing at dojo most of the times I win against my opponents..I have been very competitive ..but in last second game I won just by luck n I felt like my performance is not up to the mark n not good as I perform at dojo n the same thing my friend as well as my coach felt..n after this game I'm totally changed my behaviour psychological pattern etc n knowingly n unknowingly I started hurting myself, not taking care of my health, not behaving well with people around me..n after that I'm kind of lost most of the times..n even while practicing I don't feel like myself..
    n the last game I loose, I felt like I don't want to fight n I didn't used any of the things techniques in which I'm good n which I used to do at dozo n then I didn't practiced for 1 month n after loosing that fight I don't feel me like myself I'm totally a different person n totally changed n then I again start practicing I felt like I lost that person that I used to be..I want to do, give my best...but I'm not able to do, my mind is kind of blank most of the times, n while coach gives me instructions I feel like I'm not be able to do..I used to do more hard practice than this n now I I'm not be able to do easy one..day by day I feel like declining.. n I feel shivering, n that is no energy left in my body while practicing, my body is kind of not balanced while doing some things which I usually do..
    n now even at dojo I'm not be able perform better...
    n day by day its becoming worse
    I m not be able to find out what is wrong with me..
    yes I'm still excited n intetsted about learning n everything is totally fine in my life as well..
    can u suggest me something...

    • @Askld
      @Askld 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I can totally relate. I used to always go beast mode in training till my legs give out I swear. When it was time for me to step up on the tatami during the regional championship, my coach and training partners had so much faith in me and my abilities, but since it was my first time, it felt like I had no idea what I was doing. The movement wasn't there, the IQ wasn't there. An the thing that made me frustrated the most is that I lost to straight punchs, when in the gym I swear I had the fastest reverse punch ever, I was untouchable. After a while it just felt like I wasn't giving it 100% in the gym and it completely changed my fighting style. And the big problem now is that I changed dojo because I moved out the city, and my new sensei is trying to embed me with a whole new style that I just can't seem to agree with, and with tournaments coming close I still don't know what to do or what way to go to this day. It's been 3 years since I've started

      Hey...i also lost one match. I always used to win every fight. So when I lose that match I got a new power to perform better what ever style you r doing be yourself. Always remember the only thing which is stopping you is you.
      Don't give excuses and train like a hero like a champ with full effect. There is no style of fighting like chinise or Japanese. The only thing that matter is to win and be amazing and extra ordinary ❤️
      I hope my reply will help you

    when you showing partialiy how to do it, it is totally ok, but when you do a whole ura mawashi or ashi ura mawashi geri u dont do it how you showed to us, or how you do it step by step. You just skip that move when you on begining rise you leg to do a kick.

    • @SENSEIJASON
      @SENSEIJASON  6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Danilo Gajic Hello Danilo! I understand what you are saying. However, this is not an “in depth tutorial” It just shows some training methods to train and improve your Ura Mawashi Geri. And usually the main issues with most people are flexibility of the kick. The two main points I want to highlight are “pivoting with your support in leg” and “chambering your kick first” In my experience, if one practices these two things alone, they will find an easier time trying to attempt the kick. There is no true method, other than going out and trying to replicate what is seen in the video. My apologies if it was not as detailed. Is there a specific issue or question when it comes to Ura Mawashi Geri? I can try to make a better explained video! OSS!
      -Jason 🔥🙏🏽

      Hi Jason, i understand you also :) I saw all your videos and I can tell you, that you are a very good karateka, I guessed your main points of this video, and it's a very good one. I just thought that you are showing a whole kick with all elements and aspects in application especially in real kumite.
      You are right about a main issues, and i can add to yours one more ^^ standing leg, and prevention of eventually ashi barai or de ashi barai, or o soto gari etc. and ofcourse a biomechanics of hips when they are applyng a ura mawashi geri. Greetings to you, and keep your good work with videos and lessons.

      My friend, I have read your comment, and will try my best to give you an answer soon. Maybe i'll film a video, or leave you a message here. Let me start by saying, you should not train karate for other people, or compare yourself. There is a whole world outside of martial arts and competition, you must have balance in your life. It sounds like your coach or yourself is putting a lot of mental pressure on your own self. There is no pressure my friend, i suggest you actually take time to rest and recover, you do not need to train train train everyday. You need to have a rest recovery training to process your learning and induce growth in your body and perspective. Will talk to you more later my friend! OSS
      And please ask more questions if you still have question, and let me know what topic you want a future video to be about. OSS
