Man, great video. Was looking into this, and your experience looks about what I would expect. Seems like a lot of risk. Would need to get pre-sale codes from some of the small seating high demand shows, for it to be worth it. If sub hub didn't take 30% it would be much easier.

Thanks for watching! Even with the presale codes seemed like hit or miss if I made money. Seems like the only ones making money is the big corporations that own the venue and can charge insane fees.

You gotta go after the big names. You also have to consider the demographic Thomas Rhett wouldn’t do as well in Chicago as he would somewhere down south

I agree, but big names come with a lot more competition. I wasn’t able to get Drake or Taylor Swift tickets. If you’re able to get those kinds of tickets, it should be easy profits.
Surprisingly country concerts do pretty well in Chicago, but I agree bigger in the south. Last year Luke Combs, Morgan Wallen, and a few other country singers sold out in Chicago.

concert market is down, you have to look for other events!

I would think you’d still be able to make money on high demand events/events that would sell out, but hard to tell which ones will sell out (besides the obvious ones like T swift/ Drake).
      What events would recommend?

It's going great! I am doing some slight upgrades like new furniture pieces to make it better experience and to be able to charge more money. I am also trying more ways to automate hosting.

I mostly used Ticketmaster and stubhub, but there’s several other websites. You could also go to the venue and sell outside if you wanted to avoid all the fees

I've seen people so pretty well with sports tickets

I don't leave many negative comments, you can check my history. But this video seriously bothers me.
People that buy tickets just to scalp them are the worst. If you do this you are part of the problem. It's people like you who've made buying tickets suck so bad.
Looking forward to your next hot tips on how to clear out the store inventories of xbox's to sell on eBay and take tip money off tables at restaurants.

I appreciate your comment! I felt the same way before checking out this side hustle. Especially since I go to a lot of concerts each year.
I thought how's this reselling any different than house wholesalers, used car dealerships, furniture flippers on craigslist, trucking logistic companies, etc. There's so many industries that sole job is to be the middle man with buying low and then selling high to another person.
I am personally more frustrated with the oligopoly that control the concert tickets and charge 20-40% "service fees" just because they can. Those companies are taking more money out of the public's hands, than people reselling tickets.
Just my thoughts. Curious to know what you think.
