Yes that’s true dear.In the counselling process you are called up rank wise and ask to choose your preferred stream and centre. There is a possibility that by the time ur rank is called up , the desired field is already filled up in the centre you wish for. But u need to have a clear preference order before hand in order to take a right decision on the spot🌸❤️
