Sisko whispers: "Chief! Why is the baby in the pit?" "What I'm trying to say is that keeping Kyrioshi in the pit is not an acceptable solution. Find another one." Believe me, O'brien. I can see why the baby dozed off to this.😄
I might be a little late to the party, but this will be so perfect to listen to with a strong cup of coffee (as close to raktajino as I can get) in the purple raktajino mug I got from Etsy! Love the added dialogue bits!🖖😅
@@alexandervonzoller-sakharo6386 No. I know perfectly Terok Nor is the cardassian original name for the station Deep Space Nine. Empok Nor didn't appear till way later in the series run and I wasn't referring to that. Terok Nor was just Cardassian tech... DS9 runs on a hybrid of Cardassian and Federation technology, and they didn't always get along.
You know, when they actually start making Starships and space stations, the bridges better have all these blinking lights and beeping sounds otherwise I'm going to be severely disappointed.
This really, really comforts me! I have to have layers of noise on in the background to deal with auditory issues, and this is really great to layer with :)
teehee i'm super late to this but oh well ! i'm working on an essay rn and it's a pain in the ass, really. However, this ambience helps me SO MUCH !! makes me feel like a star trek character just working on DS9 :] absolutely lovely thank you so much for this !!
The only thing I noticed off about it is the fact that the computer is a starfleet computer voice (Majel Barret) when the stations computer had a different voice (Judi Durand)
Both of your Trek ambient sounds are near perfect, a good blend of bleeps, background voices and humming sounds. One note though: The Voyager one is quite low compared to this one. Hopefully you create more, you're talented!
nice work, i can hear the blips and beeps. and more than that, it's only an hour... i couldn't sleep if i knew my device would be streaming the whole 4 to 6 hours i'm trying to rest 🤣

A quiet day in ops

A quiet day in ops.
Best reference!
You hit me, Picard never hit me, I'm not picard lol
THE VOICES IN THE BACKGROUND SURPRISED ME!!!!!!! THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR
I'm glad you enjoyed it 😊
Now I just need a raktajino and I'll be set.
And a plate of GAGH.
Who's up for some baseball in the holosuite? I bought a new program from Quark, and it's the 1946 Yankees against the 1972 Los Angeles Dodgers.
@@data4790 Death to the opposition!
@@TheReaganite is that a reference? Which episode?
@@data4790 Baseball on the holodeck. DS Niners versus the Vulcans. Worf said that when they started to play ball.

This is the only thing I need for motivation in my work on Mondays.
Thank you for this! Hearing characters in the background is so nostalgic, great touches.
This is perfect when I'm working in an open plan office, cuts out co-worker noise and I can pretend I'm a lowly ensign
7:00 - Q has left the room.
Thanks for posting this. It helps me sleep at night.

Same, I love that part where Odo says "strange" :D
@@lunabeekhuizen8858 Love that mug, nearly got one myself but it would have to be shipped to Europe lol
Listening to this, sipping coffee from my Quark's Bar coffee mug... This is how I get through the day!
This is the sound of Cardassian and Federation technology working in harmony to create the unique sounds aboard DS9, as opposed to Terok Nor.
Terok-Nor is DS9. I think you may be referring to the sister station, Empok-Nor, which has been left unmodified since the Cardassians abandoned it.

If they don't have beeping noises, how will you know if you properly pressed the buttons?
Space Stations already exist though
@@hilop33 I meant big ones that the average person can visit.
sadly, we all won't live up to the times when we can freely visit space stations :_)

I heard Q pop in.
Well done for spotting that!
Ds9 is the best! thank you. :3
I need a 10h version of this in my life...
Actually is very relaxing! Good job Natalie! And the voices in the backgrounda ahhh....

well noticed. I was wondering why a starfleet computer voice had been dubbed in myself.
I'm a developer of system and i love this background sound to improve my focus and concentration!
Pure bliss. Thank you
