My Filipina wife walked in on me as I was in that stage of boyhood grinning from ear to ear. She asked me "What are you smiling about?" I said "The Stanley Cup!" She knew how much it meant to us hockey fans. Congrats to Sasha, that is the toughest trophy to win in the world.
Unless you're lucky and one of the few that have won it 10 times like Montreal Canadiens Yvan Cournoyer or the other Habs hall of famer number 16 Henri Richard winning the Stanley cup 11 times. did that really happen?🤔
@@Edwardo485 Nothing against those Habs or Leaf teams that won so many cups, but today the Habs and Leafs wouldn't have the best choices of French and Anglo-Canadian players like they did way back before Noah's Ark. The guys you mentioned all had one thing in common. They were humble.
