I barely barely started getting the upper hand when my mind fights my attempts to disconnect from it, it really tries to go to random places then I have to bring it back to my inner being only. Daily practice is needed. Good video and in line with Sadhguru's advice.
I’ve felt like a complete stranger to myself for the past 3 years. So much anxiety and depression just floored me. Tried magic mushrooms over the past year and while it helped in the moment and definitely raised my spirituality it was always fleeting…until I had a bad trip. It was like everything I had been was being erased, it was absolutely terrifying until suddenly it just stopped and while I felt different I found myself again. I just remember laughing and crying that I had found my way back to myself after years of being lost. It’s a different self but still unmistakably familiar. Just in a peaceful place and feel my mind untangled. So thankful for that terrifying two hours. I needed it to appreciate life and all the problems I thought were so insurmountable in my life really weren’t these gigantic issues I built up in my head.

This video was so helpful for me. I was throwing a fit prior to this and asking myself why did I have a kundalini nothing happened after like everyone talks about? I’m not into this stuff, maybe im just crazy& I will ignore it, why do I have to do anything I didn’t ask to be here, if I am already perfect then everything should be played out.. I don’t have to do anything if this was planned out nor do I want to 😂😂 but now I know this so that I am have a better human experience and I have free will to choose & I choose not to resistance. It’s not that serious 😅

The path to enlightenment is challenging. You'll feel much pain along the way. This is impermanent and will not last forever. After the dark night of the soul always comes the dawn light of the awakening. If you choose to take this path, there is no turning back. Keep going my fellow travellers, we are all on our own journey back to our true selves and oneness with everything!
