Thanks to everyone who have shared their experiences. It is so reassuring to know we are not alone or nuts! My initial experience was when I was bent over in the garden, weeding. As I stood up my whole inside exploded like thousands of fireworks. I was filled with intense bliss. This bliss came and went for a few years.

Im to nding embodiment very difficult as for 2 months i have been in other tealms and realised how much my soul is constantly out of body. I used to be very embodied and loved to dance, sing and engage with my body through mysic that this simply feels like it has died out.... Feels quite sad as feels lart of me just died. I want itnto come back. Ots a very da gerous space to be in and i dont wish anyone to go through kt. I hioe we all come back into our bodies asap. This is very much needed.

I had a spiritual awakening in the fall of 2019. I had no idea what the hell was going on. Still in it now, it took years for me to figure out what happened. Shortly after my awakening, I was randomly told that "something big is coming, and you need to be ready" by a disembodied voice. Again, it took me years to figure out what that meant. I now believe that I need to prepare for my kundalini awakening. Half of my large family is schizophrenic and I'm coming to realize that this is the reason why. They had their awakenings and went nuts. Hence why my guides decided to warn me because I need to be ready or it'll be disastrous. I think I'm meant to heal my family. The problem is, I'm a totally normal person. I knew hardly anything about spirituality until a a year or so ago. Only recently started meditating, and I'm not very good at it. So idk how I'm supposed to get ready for this. It honestly scares me.

You can understand why , many need the true guidance of a Master , to go through this process . Unfortunately in the west , Masters are non existent , and we are forced to navigate our journey , blind and unknowing of what we are going through . “What does not kill us , makes us stronger .” There are some important things to learn , such as clearing the energy centre's , and releasing traumas , attaining and maintaining Balance , using breath control , to circulate solar and lunar energy , around the body’s central bio-circuit , to attain balance , prior to raising kundalini up the centre of the spine. Balance being Key , to maintaining kundalini at the crown chakra throughout the day . Practicing the Master Mudra , “ The Tongue Mudra “, to connect the “psychic bridge” , aiding kundalini , to pass up from the throat centre , up to the third eye and crown chakras . Few can guide them selfs through such practices , or even know , they exist . It’s amazing yoga teachers are trained , AND GIVEN NO , TEACHING ON KUNDALINI TRAINING . ITS CRIMINAL . It’s the true goal ,of ancient yoga , which was pranayama , before asanas and fancy poses . Cosmic Unity Consciousness , is born of raising kundalini to the crown chakra , and Consciousness expands as kundalini steps up through the energy centre's , cleared and ready . Initial initiation experiences are dramatic , often , but with training , the adept learns to maintain Balance , using breath control and internal bio-mechanics , with a little correct guidance . Try the “ Breath of Light “ breathing practice . It’s a three step breathing practice , 1. Tongue Mudra , place the tip of your tongue to the center of the lump you can feel , just forward of the soft palate . With a little practice , you can suction your tongue to the roof of your mouth , with the tongue tip , centred in the middle of this lump . This connects the psychic bridge , and directs kundalini up through a meridian , that feeds the pineal and pituitary glands , and feeds the brain centre , awakening dormant brain cells . Etc. 2. Perineum contractions with the inward breath. 3. Belly Breathing in an upward wavelike manner , on the outward breath . Simply , alternate the internal muscle contractions , with the in and outward breaths , while maintaining the master tongue Mudra . This can be practiced continually , with practice , becoming natural . OK guys I got a question now… Now that I have had my spiritual awakening I’m literally decoding the Bible and how it’s been said, and what’s been said.
