I am from the United States and this is my favorite show, the comedy is peak!
"I know there's store policy, but what about Dan policy" - Customers don't give a shit if they get you into trouble as long as they get a good deal. Anyone who's worked in retail knows how accurate this show is.

Had a run in with a clone of this man of the same nature recently. "We pride our customer service on assisting our customers wherever we can. You purchased this somewhere else, therefore you're their customer. I can recommend some local computer repair shops that can help, but they do charge a fee. We don't provide free tech support."
6 straight minutes of abuse later... "yeah no worries mate, I hope the shop you bought it from can help you out. Have a lovely day."

Everyone in this nails their roles. It's like a documentary at times. Anyone who works in retail knows.

God, I missed this show so much. I rewatched the first season twice when it came out, and laughed my ass off every time. It was always so painful, and I'm happy this season still is.
