Tawanchai is an elite fighter of this era. His opponent was brave and skilled but not on par with this level of thai fighter. Nonetheless respect to both fighters.

@@genieofdalamp Exactly what I’m sayin. Real fighters know random amateurs are extremely slow and off balance. Compared to people with even minimal training. Even someone who’s been in many street fights knows somewhat more than a soft handed youtube criticizer.

90%of every fight i watch is either muay Thai or kickboxing lol not big into MMA I've watched many of his fights but this one was most impressive

The weight is too far apart
Naw weight difference is way too big, rodtang fights at 125 while tawanchai is 145 and that’s not even fight night weight since everyone bulks up 10-15+ lbs on fight night
Tchai is a top 5 favorite fighter all time for me along with Adesanya, Tyson, Samart, and Jones Jr.

I think he purposely waited 2 rounds to toy with his opponent, and decided he had enough fun and finish him quick on the 3rd.
Its typical for thai fighters. First round is to test out opponents tactic. 2nd round is to try your gameplan. 3rd and the rest is to finish off or earn scores to win

Yeah it's hard to explain to another people who never known muaythai and they couldn't believe that there are figters who could won the fight but don't want to do it. Like in this fight they would think Tawanchai just has a chance to Ko in the third rounds because he's not a biginner my friend he's a champ. But for muaythai it's very normal because if you are expert just a basic muaythai you could easily hold or stop your aggressive rivals or even stop a world champion. And if you watch a lot of muaythai you would already know since the second round who would win, just like the ancient Thai people that said you already know who's the winner since the "Wai-Kru".
That is one scary guy! He makes it look like a walk in the park.

I'd love to see this Tawanchai try MMA, he's such a great striker. As only a 21 yr old fighter, he possibly has potential in the UFC. Though ofc if he keeps doing muay thai only, he will definitely continue to succeed, bc this was really impressive
