Dissection is on another level. Jon's music has never failed to give me chills and this is no different, despite his young age and starkly different music this is compared to what he'd make eventually...and the rest of his story. I know we shouldn't morn a man who lived and died by his own code and his own fierce individualism, but it's hard not to feel when you know that at one time, he was an idealistic, extremely musically talented child.. I love all of Jon's bands...all of the recordings. He was a monster of a musician, and in my mind a very thoughtful man with many struggles that make him a hero to me and many more people.
