      Even if you set yourself a goal of 10 seconds at a time and slowly build your self up trust me it is possible ❤ however you can modify every plan shown by dropping to your elbows or going on your knees making sure you drop your hips down. BUT I will do another video showing some modifications and let you know when it's up :) xxx YOU GOT THIS 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
