Oh Tink is definitely a great card, just not top end for Steel lol. She's definitely more of a midrange card being able to come out on turn 4 or 6 is what I meant
Hahaha that Magic Mirror moment at 16:12 was gold. I'm willing to bet that Dinner Bell is exactly the Magic Mirror scenario. I think it will end up with the same arc of being underrated for months, then become staple in Ruby decks 😄
also, lets not forget the card that will go up in price because of Belle... The Beast Within, forcing one of your opposing characters to attack her when she is exerted, so you can essentially force them to discard their hand if played right
The product line is sick! Cris and Jess are looking at getting that Special Gift Set with the new art. Cris plays Amber Emerald, so that new Mickey is card may work well in his deck.
@18:58 When you mention LEFOUS Bumbler's effect I think you are reading it incorrectly. He doesn't give Gaston a discount, it works the opposite way. "If you have a character named GASTON in PLAY, you pay 1 ink less to play THIS character (LEFOU)."
Fantastic overview! And I’m right there with ya. I thought maybe I could spend less on Chapter 2 but I see now that I’ll be going in a different direction 😅
Idk, that dinner bell seems really powerful. Idk how many times I have been like, “Guess this character is now just taking up space on my board because it has 6 damage and their defense is 7 without anyway for me to do anything with it and it not dying.” Now I can get 6 cards drawn from it when it would have died anyway. Powerful stuff.
You know what would be cooler then new cards? Getting the supply chain under control so scalpers would be stuck with worthless piles of cards. I need Ravensburger to sell direct with limits per buyer. I just want to collect my cards from each color and play my game.
I've been trying to build an Emerald Amber deck. I am super excited about getting this Belle! I have a couple questions. Do item cards need to dry and if I shift onto a card does it need to dry?
You can use the item cards the turn they are played, so they don't need to dry. Shifter character retain any status effects that were on the bottom character, so if your bottom character is wet, your shifter character is wet, if your bottom character was dry, your shifted character is dry.
Didn't even think about Maui and Aladdin not being able to banish the new Cinderella by themselves. Makes me even more excited for the card.
Loved this video! Though I did laugh at “steel hasn’t had any top end cards”, when big tink is just such a house.

I am NOT making that mistake again 😂 I've gotten too much heat for it
Dinner bell seems to be for a last minute save before being banished by your opponent.
Mandatory comment about even thinking about the second expansion while so many people can't even get cards from the first one :-)
yup, i was so stoked for this game. to bad i cant get cards
on the same boat as you, these spoils make me so excited again!!

Yes! I'm very interested to see if we see those Reckless cards get any more play with cards like Belle entering the pool

🤦You're 100% right. I don't know why I can't get it out of my head that Lefou doesn't discount Gaston lol. Good catch!

Yes go crazy over the singles. Even better when most of the card play is online not with the real product
now lets hope that we get more set one and starter decks before this drop

Definitely ready for silly Ratigan and Fidget cards.

I wonder if all the heat was in these drops or if the crazy stuff is still hidding behind.

You can use items right away. If the character you shift on to is ready, you can challenge/quest/use abilities with them.
@@benlarkin857 thanks for the reply! I may have cheated my wife out of a few games 😂

@@bsquared24 does this also include damage the bottom card may have received?
Yep! If the bottom card took 2 damage, the shifted card will have 2 damage as well
Now if we can get them before scalpers do.
Popopopowercreeeeeeeeep!
Why are all the red cards weak compared to others ? At least that’s how it seems like to me.
