    It only works when first installed then nothing. App states ready to connect but won’t. I am now thinking of uninstalling altogether. I am still trying to find out why on my 2020 2008 GT Line it mentions a browser will be downloaded to the car when you register for the service nothing so far and the dealer knows sweet FA about any of the electronics regarding SOS services etc. Even contact with Peugeot support is fruitless.
    Update Wednesday 3/12/2020. Had a phone call from Peugeot themselves to advise uploading the new firmware available which I did successfully. However app still doesn’t connect. Can’t see any difference as to what the firmware has changed.

    You completely skip the steps of linking the car with the app, besides the Bluetooth step…

    I have had 2 Peugeot 3008`s from new. The first in 2017 connected to the app fine and each journey was added automatically. The second in March 2021 has connected one minute not the next, meaning many journeys are missed. Contacted Peugeot service to get help but problem still persists, very poor reflection on Peugeot as a company

    I tried to set up the app and it said it sent a confirmation email but I did not receive one. I have asked it to resend and checked my email address but I still don't get an email. Nothing in SPAM folder.

    It sucks...the app doesn't connect. It says that I need to make several 20 minute rides before it recognizes by phone. I am afraid I have e2008 that it is used just for short rides....Peugeot fix it please :(

      agree.. this is a fail... we already approved twice with codes it sent to our phones.. wtf peugeot!

      I’m stuck in this too. I’ve done over 200 miles of driving and all recorded in the app journey data. However the app won’t activate, what absolute crap this app is

    Does not work, it is too irritating that each time I turn on the car, the app asked for permission to connect, I use iPhone, do you how to fix it?

      It’s a bloody shame, this app. The password and pincode crap is extremely annoying and often does not work. Can’t even reset my suddenly not working pincode. My 50 euro home thermostat always works, after just one registration, but Peugeot selling me a car for 35000 euro only forwards me to their website with happy family pictures. It’s just insulting and utterly disrespectful to treat customers like that.

    This is the worst app I have ever seen. What a load of crap. Please remove this app from the app store, hire another company to start all over. This a total waste of time.

    Just got a Peugeot 208 - seriously impressive little car btw, but the app is mystifying. And I'm not exactly a novice on this sort of thing (cough cough)

    Complete hogwash, what the vid doesn't mention is that after the VIN it asks for a mileage, and then says "a technical error has occurred", so it's even impossible to register one's vehicle, let alone do anything with the app. The French and software... Minitel et puis plus rien.

    Aplikacja nie działa. Nie łączy się z samochodem. Peugeot 2008 rocznik 2021. Ciągle tylko pisze, gotowa do połączenia. Nie polecam.

    It doesn't work - the phone is paired but it has abandoned all attempts at downloading any data. When first got car it was great but now it is occupying so much space, somehow it magaes to update the map (although to be fair that is done through WWW not the app

    When i enter my vin number it says unknown Peugeot model and app is not working.its Peugeot 2008 2020 december model

    It really works horribly badly...not at all.
    It worked for the first 2 weeks, then nothing more...
    How can such a big company make such a bad app....unbelievable.
    This is my first French car and also the last one, because the electronics are terribly vague and unclear and also work badly.
