Came here because we have hired a 208. Seems to be connected in some way, as its displaying a movable map of the road, on the dashboard in front, but not the big screen.
Cant see how to operate sat nav though.
Great advice: if it doesn't work, contact your local retailer. Who spends half an hour doing everything I did, and failing to make any more progress, then advises you to search the web.
Looking everywhere to figure out how to mute the sat nav voice guidance! Can lower the volume but not mute? Madness!
Hi, I got the same problem as the EN voice is not so pretty in my opinion :) Finally I managed to mute it - simply find the menu with "Vocal" tab in the Settings and disable it. When I did it, no more voice instructions are being received - I'm just watching the screen, especially when there is a turn - it appears also on the screen behind the steering wheel :) Hope it helps.
I’ve got the new 208 gt line but the sat navigation say it’s absent and I must use a phone with usb ? Never had this problem before.
Did you ever find out about how to fix this?

Look at that widescreen display.
It's soooooo stupid that there's always a large left and right hand area, just showing temperature. Why were Peugeot so dumb ?
I test-drove a 3008 today (model from 2022) and it just hits you, how dumb it looks.
Btw, is there any advantage of using Peugeot Connected (with it's subscription fee) rather than Google Maps (which, errrr, is free) ??
