How to Decorate your Christmas Tree Professionally with Ribbons

- Learn how to welcome the holidays with Christmas tree ribbon decorations. Explore the varying techniques on how to put your ribbons on a tree for a variety of beautiful looks and themes. All this headed by Balsam Hill’s Product Design Consultant, Brad Schmidt.
How to Cascade Ribbons:
1. Use the PVC tips of your tree to anchor them down.
2. Twist and turn the ribbons to get the exact shape you want.
3. Layer two ribbons of varying widths for interest.
How to Finish the Ribbon:
1. Croissant twist - Curl the ribbon at the end about six times and pull down the inner curl.
2. Reverse roll - Show off the back of the ribbon by rolling the back towards the front of the tree.
3. Cutting - Cut the ribbon at an angle or into a fish tail shape.

I am SOOOO in love with your Christmas trees!! We did a clean out of my garage and my man took all 15 of my trees to the dump (I about died!) My winter wonderland , gone! I am sooo hoping to start again , on a smaller scale (smaller house now), with Balsam Hill trees. ☃️🎄🎁❤

I got a hand-me-down Christmas tree and I decorate it different from the previous year for about 5 years until my sister begged me for that tree saying it's because it looked great every year. So I bought a new tree for me and decorated it again differently from the previous year for about 3 years until my sister asked again if she could have this tree. Of course I gave it to her, again, including all the ornaments I've ever used. However, she is still not contented with her tree. I think she's expecting the Christmas tree to decorate itself beautifully.

You do it first - after lights tho lol (hope this helps for 2020 😂)

Yes he does use the branch tips inside the tree what he calls the PVC tips. Simply bend the tips around the ribbon to anchor
You can also purchase pre-cut flower wires and wrap the ribbon around the stem.

white lights and some high quality glass ornaments is all a tree needs ......I think the ribbon swamps the tree and looks too much...if youre going to buy a tree with 'realistic true needles' then you want to be able to see it ?
Yes, but did you say that you use expensive fancy velvet ribbon to achieve this look? Regular Dollar Store or Hobby Lobby Ribbon won’t give you this fancy look unless your buying real deal quality velvet ribbon from wholesale 🎀
