Patty, does Sohyang not always surprise and amaze? Yes. Her pitch is perfect and never slips. If she does something unusual, she intended to do that. Did you notice that she SANG the part written for a Saxophone solo? Wonderful. Please feature her again.

To me Sohyang is the best singer I have ever heard, and by far, the best live performer. It is as you said, she hits the center of every note, no matter how she decides to play along with riffs and runs. She is otherworldly! And her emotional conveyance is also so honest that it is in rare company. I think of Lara Fabian and Eva Cassidy as others in that higher realm of emotional impact. Yes, sitting in the wind at the docks. Not too shabby! She sings a lot seated during covid concerts like this one, the BeginAgain Korean concerts. There are many incredible songs in this format by Sohyang and duets with others. 'Misty' is absolutely great one out of the BeginAgain concerts where her voice is so pure (like always), and a bit jazzy. Amazing! Thanks for your reaction!
