3 Medium Eggplants
2 Beef Shank
100g Lentils
2 Onion
3 Garlic Cloves
50g Dried Mint
50g Curd
Oil,
2tsp Salt, 2tsp Pepper, 2tsp Turmeric, 2tsp Turkish Pepper
