American Eagle is my go to cheap jeans brand. I always by a pair on black Friday. Also I'm 5'2". If you're under 5'5" I would try Levi's kid sizes they're cheaper than the adult sizes.

I went through a few thinking they'll be great but they ended up being too long in length or just feel like a slim fit then a skinny fit. Asos isn't too bad I found the perfect dark wash jeans from them and they've been pretty solid lately.
Just have to say, when you are pricing jeans at $13, $6(!!) then you have to know that someone (probably many people) down the food chain are being exploited to make that happen. Just shipping them from somewhere like Bangladesh would nearly eat up all the profit unless labor is being paid next to nothing for production and fabrication. I like a deal as much as the next guy, but that raises a lot of questions for me.

Sometimes it's hard when being a 5'4+ 21yrs old male to find jeans that fit. Especially since I don't want to go to tailers so I find the best sizes I can. But can I just say as a person that isn't to keen on white clothing items, I loved all your white jeans so much like loved them. And in saying that I think I might try and find some white jeans I like.

I’d prolly say try a different style of jeans. Levi’s definitely has the largest selection of jean styles of any brand. There’s definitely something there that will fit you perfectly
Its because every "fit" within a cut/style like say 513s or 512s will vary depending on which country it originates from. You may get a looser fitting jean, a longer length jean, an almost relaxed fit jean even though its suppose to be slim/skinny. Yeah its pretty stupid that there isn't just one universal "30x30" cut for Levis but it is what it is.
