His style of play is selfish and no fun for his teammates, leading to even less synergy, and why he struggles so much in the playoffs where teams actually give 100% on defense and make adjustments.

Teams with win-now mode should trade for Harden. The sixers might be it. If they manage to trade Tobias Harris, role players and a bunch of picks for Harden without including Simmons, that would make Philly top 2 team in the east.
I don't think the "at home" part means what it usually does, but I agree, and I didn't feel good about it as a fan. The second half was pretty good, though. Got to keep building on that.

My blazers are trying to implement a more varied defense instead of just drop coverage every time. Hopefully will payoff later in the season, but it's rough to watch right now.
I think it's clear from most of the games so far that at least half the league is rusty as hell not to mention with some teams looking significantly different than they did last season chemistry and learning the plays and tendencies of team mates is also lacking. So I imagine the gap between some of the teams that have looked really bad so far and those that have looked amazing will probably close some by the end of the season.
