Both lights are excellent performance and value. If I didn’t already have the L8 I’d probably get the 3x21d for the extra throw and runtime but it’s gotta be quite a bit heavier and bulkier than the L8. It’s nice to also have the L21B choice now too for an even more compact and light weight choice over the L8. Convoys got a great sbt90 lineup now, all at amazing value as well.

Hi dear friend i am thinking of buying this new model Convoy 3x21d sbt90.2 flashlight. I would love to hear your opinions and experiences about this flashlight. What I am wondering is if there is a noticeable decrease in the light when the flashlight is in turbo mode or does the sbt90.2 led brightness decrease after 2 minutes because the flashlight heats up. how many minutes and how many lumen output is fixed. and from batteries to batteries, does the light brightness and working time change, do the batteries affect the working parameters of the flashlight? I currently have Molicel p42a and samsung 50E batteries. Would you recommend this flashlight or should I look into other long range flashlights?
Did you make that 26 to 21 battery adapter or where can I get one. I got some 26 to 21 adapters coming, but what is that on the end of the adapter make the 70mm to 80mm length difference. Does the L8 perform better with the P45B or the big green convoy 26800 battery
@@Next96300 Thats cool. I got the adapter tubes coming, but I was just trying to figure out how to change the length. I saw a video with someone thats used some pennies. I might just do that (ya ya I know its kinda hokey). We dont have pennies in Canada anymore, but I have a huge coffee can filled...so I got plenty. I will definitely check out the Lumintop adapter though.
