I found this particular trainer easy to set up and amazingly quiet and smooth. I bought it for my wife, who does not bike much but wants to start joining me in my indoor cycling sessions during the winter months.
The Wahoo sensor I mention toward the end of the video is a simple way to measure speed and distance on the bike, even indoors. To track progress, it can be synced via Bluetooth or ANT+ to many cycling Apps.

I just got one of these off my buy nothing group, but there were a couple items missing. Did the resistor come with the trainer as well? Or is that something I should purchase seperately?
