How to fix Logitech G435 connections issues & how to connect to PC

- This is a short video on how to fix the Logitech G435 and any connection issues that you might have when connecting to PC. This headset should be able to easily switch between Bluetooth and Lightspeed wireless, but it's a bit of a pain and doesn't work perfectly. So follow these steps to get it working.

His steps are:
"I just bought G435 and I was having the same connectivity issue. Finally got it fixed by doing the following:
1. Shut down headphones
2. Insert the dongle
3. Press power button for 2 sec( green light will blink)
4. Press power + mute for Bluetooth pairing mode(blue led will blink)
5. Hold mute button to connect to dongle( led will turn cyan)
To go back to Bluetooth mode again power + mute
Good luck!"
The Logitech G435 is a dual connectivity headset that offers both wireless and Bluetooth connection options - just not at the same time. It's insanely lightweight, has a funky design, really good sound considering the price and nicely shaped earcups that make it delightfully comfortable too.

hold the on and off button with the mic mute button until it flashes fast
If it is dust and stuff like that you have to buy something to make it as easy as possible it, there is something that does that at IKEA but not sure of name. Otherwise not sure

The LED when it turns to Cyan starts blinking and it wont connect to the dongle. How do I connect it to my pc with the dongle in it. I followed the steps and nothing worked besides bluetooth pairing mode.

I did it steb by step but the cyan light still keeps blinking ... My laptop recognizes the donlge but when i click on the headphones on the sound option i receive no sound ... Please help

They just finneakey or how ever u spell it, just keep playing around with them… I figure if u get it on the right setting for what u want and it isn’t working keep it on that setting turn them off turn them back on and they’ll usually connect

You sir are a legend! My girlfriend borrowed my headset today and when she gave them back I couldn't get them working for love nor money!!!!! I eventually managed to connect via bluetooth but was miffed that the dongle wasn't working.
Needless to say I didn't realise that there was a wireless and a bluetooth mode on the headset!

This still works! For some reason my headset hasn't been charging right and I was looking up issues on how to fix it, but that's when I found out about lightspeed mode. Now I don't have to worry about keeping a charge the entire time! :3
My headset wouldn't connect to my PS5 all of a sudden and I had just downloaded a new game and couldn't believe they broke. This fixed it. PS5 doesn't support bluetooth audio but this video let me figure out that I needed to switch it back to lightsppeed.thanks!
Man, the manual of this headset sucks. All that I learned of connection was from youtube, but I was getting trouble going from the bluetooth back to the dongle. This videos helped me a lot, thx for posting it!!

just bought this 435 and im struggling to connect to my pc but thanks for this video saved me from being frustrated lol thumbs up
1. Shut down headphones [ turn off your headphones ]
2. Insert the dongle [ take off your usb dongle then re insert on your usb port ]
3. Press power button for 2 sec( green light will blink) [ it means to power on your headphones till you see green light ]
4. Press power + mute for Bluetooth pairing mode(blue led will blink) [ power + mute button till its blue light ]
5. Hold mute button to connect to dongle( led will turn cyan) [ self explanatory you hold the mute button till its cyan ] enjoy this works for pc too im a pc gamer thank you sir @

got this headset 4 days ago and its been fine the first 3 days i have used it wireless on my pc and with Bluetooth on my phone but today its just not working so i charged it to full and im doing the steps but its still not working and its getting frustrating just keeps flashing blue any solutions would be appreciated

This helped me now. I was having issues with my G435 when trying to use it for a Zoom call. I was worried it's broken. Sheesh I just had to press the mute button for a few seconds and it connected again. I did do a restart and disconnect of the Dongle before this. Anyways, this headset is both great and a nightmare sometimes.

tip: the blue light means its a CONNECTIVE mode and cyan lights mean BLUETOOTH mode. Hope this helps😊

My headset couldn’t connect to the dongle even after trying this. The cyan light was flashing and it still can’t connect to the dongle. Any solutions to this?

im so over this headset. randomly it decides to stop working. ive tried everything and it never wants to go back. i fiddle with it for over an hour then randomly it decides to want to work. i dont know if its working through the dongle or bluetooth or what.
This didn't work for me. Doesn't long pressing the mute button at step 5 just change the mode to Bluetooth connection? If your PC has no bluetooth then this will not work. These steps do not 'reconnect' the headset to the dongle, it basically just switches to bluetooth mode. Basically the dongle is just broken. Am I missing something/doing the steps wrong? Are you initially in Lightspeed mode when you turn on the headset?
