Lowes will never come close or ever compare with The Home Depot only the acknowledge of any of these three intelligent very determined, hard working, GOD GIVING, LOVE FOR PEOPLE....THEIR COUNTRY, OUR HEROS... I could go on and on with facts of starting out in 1978 with only 4 (four stores) in the Atlanta Area, now have a Stunning amount of stores, 4,000+ stores International. I Have And Will Always Be A Fan Of "THE HOME DEPOT".
Where All The Employees At Every Store Are Very Proud To Greet Their Valuable Customers Whether To Answer Any Questions, Help With Finding What They Need from Lumber, Paint, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, Etc.. All Their Employees Are Trained With Acknowledge which makes a great and very helpful employee... and always with a Smile

Even today, Lowe’s is a joke compared to Home Depot.

Charles M Rinehart right you are! It was just announced that Lowe’s is closing ALL of its Orchard Supply Hardware stores over here on the west coast. I didn’t even know Lowe’s owned them until the article came out. It’s a shame because OSH believed very deeply in customer service. I love that store.
But Lowe’s? Hard to even find an employee anywhere to help you... Yet HD is way too crowded!
But I have 2 former co-workers who left my company (FedEx) and now love their jobs at HD. From what I hear they treat the employees right.
Fortune 500 company’s take care of themselves.

The Home Depot should start a brand that would be a replacement for Orchard Supply Stores.Fuck Lowe's they have no idea of what they had and they flushed it down the Damm toilet. You guys should consider an LLP with ACE Hardware as a potential partner.
