Bro....I just picked up his book randomly on my public libraries book shelf in Elizabeth NJ thinking it was an old classic timeless book - which is how it read - reading - and hoping for gems and insights while living at a shelter after falling on hard times - and this generates and uploads 4 hours ago - that's a way to find a book, and a mentor if god ever could guide us towards one.

☘️🗽housing is unaffordable for single person. Resorted to establishing a commune mentality, takes 3 or 4 friends to cosign a loan. Hope you meet this gentleman one day!

🙏Thank you John Cats for your work and mentoring with youngsters. Confidence is an issue 'Cant win if afraid of losing'! He's a realestate and oil guy! Opportunity abounds since COVID redistribution of wealth💖

As an immigrant, the field is absolutely fair and no other country is better for hard worker people than USA and Canada . God bless America and Canada, its people and its culture 🇺🇸🇨🇦

You do realize that every person in the USA and Canada came from an immigrant/immigrant family. They are all descendants of immigrants.

Also, the field is not always fair. Depends on what kind of immigrant you are and what country you came from. All immigrants are not equal.

I fully agree with his comment that more harder you work, you will get a fortune.

Yes, big companies don't train anymore unless incentives are given by government. Community colleges are getting money with Biden, if willing to get off the screens and show up...anywhere in person. Always a learning experience.🤓💰
