Whenever I get hungry during my fast, I don't watch people eat, I listen to one of your videos, Jerome. And sometimes it motivates me to pick up my dumbbells as well.
I've lost my motivation and fell off the wagon for 6 or 7 months... I enjoyed having some metabolic flexibility built up when things I ate wouldn't affect my weight as much but that has since gone and the weight is piling on. I will be back! It's just so hard at the moment.
I have found a routine that works for me: Eat Saturday 1 x Eat Sunday 1 x No eating Monday Eat Tuesday 1 x No eating Wednesday Eat Thursday No eating Friday I have found this works best for me right now because being home with the kids on the weekend are brutal. I'm cooking and preparing food for them all day. I can't fast when I've got a fridge there. It's much easier to fast when I'm working... So far 12 pounds are gone!
My schedule lately has been to do my fasting when i work. I work Sun-Wed, so i fast then....refeed Thur, then fast again Friday, refeed on Saturday....rinse repeat. Much easier to fast when im busy at work. I finally got myself back into the 140's 🎉🥳. Next step the 130's! Thank you for the video motivation Jerome as always ❤.
Jerome please don’t ever stop doing what you’re doing. Currently on vacation and having a hard time staying with my fasting regime. I went and binged and paid for it in diarrhea, and now realize that going slow and giving yourself grace is the only way to succeed long-term. My body definitely punished me for going too fast and eating the wrong things.😂😂😂
Yeah, last winter I got tired of fasting, so I started eating more often.. OK but by spring I had gained 10 pounds.. sooo I was motivated to start fasting again … now I’m back to my ideal weight, and I’m finding that ADF keeps me at the perfect weight and I have no problem doing it consistently . 🤗
I finally made my mind up out of months of failure and starting over I just put my fasting clock on and started I’m 98 hrs in and I’m sticking to it I’m Just tired like the food is just not worth it man being over weight and unhappy unhealthy I felt my best at 145 my starting weight was 226 been fasting since 9/23 today is 9/27 I’m down 10lbs already I’m determined no matter how long it takes I’m getting to my goal ❤
These videos are great when will power is low .The words mean so much more coming from someone who has been through all the ups and downs thanks for the videos brother currently running 36hours fasted 12hour eating window starting weight 118.8kgs down to 111.4kgs in a month goal is 85kgs
I like what you said about that there are always going to be setbacks and roadblocks. But thank God we have this tool that’s called fasting to always be there when we turn to it. Your channel has helped me so much, especially with the ref feeds. I don’t like to restrict myself while eating. It just makes the whole thing miserable. Thank you for all the effort and time you put into this channel. Be blessed.
Jerome, life is easier when you're slender, heck just putting on your socks is easier. I've been fat, slender, now fat again so I know. You mentioned worrying about your health, my wife was refused surgery once because she was so overweight... I worry about that for me too... so to people here, slender is better. Cheers friend.
Love the content Jerome!. Truly inspiring! Wondering when you were larger if you had any skin issues… (or any other issues beyond diabetes) and results of those after fasting.
I lost 22lbs n some days I slip back into no fasting periods.. I would say IF helps with maintenance. So when I go on that scale n I see it, climbing back up, I get motivated to IF… Still have a long way to go though
@@halimagachuche4922 sorry, misread the question. He drinks water, plain iced coffee, and the occasional calorie free diet pop. He says he just drinks when he’s thirsty and doesn’t track. He also doesn’t take electrolytes. He got that question a lot in the early months.

Where do people find the time to eat so much or gorge on food every sitting. I wouldn't have time or I'd throw up I don't get it 😢
