I wish elementary school me grew up on this show, it would've helped me feel less alone as someone in the LGBTQ+ community and as an autistic person. Im happy that the young children of our generation can grow up on shows like this.

I know Shadow Weaver was a pretty toxic "parent" to Catra and Adora, but that didn't stop me nearly crying during her last scene because even as toxic as she was, she was the only parent the girls had ever known
She was more of a parent to Adora than Catra but I guess she still could be a little bit of a mother
"nearly" crying? That moment was about the worst in the whole show for me, I ball my eyes out every time I see that scene omg
Well she did train them both to grow up strong
I know like shadow weaver / light spinner was like not that great but she definitely had like, one of the most heroic deaths
you can literally HEAR the character development in their voices, that's how good these voice actors are
Shadow Weaver's last line should have included the moment when she says she's proud of Catra 😭
I just noticed when Light Hope says "thank you" her voice no longer has the computerized echo it has always had and just had even when she said "Adora" just a second before. Like in her final seconds before she vanished she had fully realized the personhood that Mara always believed she had. Idk maybe I'm reading into it too much, but it was an interesting choice.
I love how some of Shadow Weavers first words were “ah yes”

Shadow Weaver went through so much development honestly . Her ending made me cry , and you can see how much Adora and Catra both actually cared about Shadow Weaver
Actually, Shadow Weaver did not change at all, as signified by the fact that her last words were not an apology for all the hurt and pain she caused. She never apologized.
technically flutterina's 'last line' was double trouble but i dont even know if the real flutterina showed up enough times for this to work for her otherwise ;-;

I saw some Entrapdak fanarts on Tumblr, then decided to find out who these characters were, read about them on the wiki, saw some season 5 screenshots and at the same night started watching this show. It was worth it!

Damn this series had so many likeable and complex characters, I was totally blown away. At the same time it felt like watching something from my childhood, yet it was completely new, refreshing and ground breaking in terms of LGBTQ+ awareness/normalization, body positivity, mental health issues and overall diversity of people. I'm 22 and cried way too many times during the series... 🤣 Well done

I didn't know how much I'd grown attached to shadow weaver, because even though she was power hungry, in the end, she did do something only one other person had gotten that much recognition for. She sacrificed herself. Hers and Angella's deaths hit harder than I'd expected to.
I always imagine Light Hope saying "Adora, you must let go," and Adora lets go of the ledge and Light Hope immediately just goes "NO! I meant let go of your emotions... oh god, oh boy, there she goes.... damn."
