What was the most surprising dinner you've ever had ?
Bonjour, THEO! I visited Amman, Jordan in 2008 to see my friend. Ali cooked all day for me preparing MANSAF! Mansaf is a classic Jordanian Bedouin dish featuring tender pieces of lamb, fluffy rice, and a tangy-jameed-based yogurt sauce. There were no plates and nothing to help you eat it. You HAD to dig your hands into and put into your mouth! DÉLICIEUX et INOUBLIABLE !
What a beautiful and dramatic gastronomic experience. My compliments to the chef...uniquely creative. Somewhat like Heston Blumenthal...Very Master Chef! Thanks for taking us along Theo!❤

Nothing new or special, Israeli chef Eyal Shani has been doing this for years all over the world, he just stole (inspired) the idea from another chef
It's cuisine, it's food, everyone is inspired by each other 🤷♂️
