My mom passed away to cancer yesterday evening and she was a huge pink fan. Using her music to get through chemo and stay strong. I am glad I got to show her this song before she passed, she loved it! ❤️

I lost my Dad two years ago today to Cancer. This song is him to a T. Almost as if I wrote it myself. Her Dad and my Dad are the same era or as I like to say vintage. I miss him so much. But this song helped me grieve I'll get to see him when I get there x

This song hits me hard about my grandmother. Single parent during the 1950s. Never got remarried. She raised a farm, had a full time job in a sweatshop. Was a first basemen for the first Women's American Baseball League. Raised my mother and uncle to be amazing people. She and I had always been close.

Oh wow the timing of this song could not be more meaningful for me. I lost my person, my sister 25/12/2022 the pain I feel is just unbearable. I have wonderful memories of us at pinks concerts. The last song at her funeral was Just give me a reason ,her favourite song 😞

I recently lost someone unexpectedly who was supposed to be my FIL for decades to come. After surviving a traumatic childhood & finding my loving partner of 7 years, I also got to spend 7 of the best years of my life building a supportive & loving relationship with my 'real Dad'. It was as if we were just making up for lost time. This song hits home so hard & I am so grateful we have Pink, someone who can translate all that pain, love & wonder (& many more complex emotions) & turn it into such a beautiful song. I was blindsided by this song yesterday. It was 945am and I was outside having a smoke before a 10am work meeting and my ex posted this on his Facebook stories... I was absolutely bawling and bawling once I realized what the song was about - I was thinking of my grandma. I told him FUCK YOU for making me cry in the morning before a work meeting but thank you for sharing, cause I had no clue about this song yet.
I cried the first few times I listened to this song. It reminded me of my dad, who I miss every single day. I gave my cousin the CD for her birthday and when she heard this song she said it reminded her of her ex-husband, Bob, and when I listened to it again I started crying all over again, because it's true. Bob was such a special person, who wrote songs, sang, worked in the trees (listen to the lyrics!) and LOVED Nature! Pink is so special, too. I think everyone of her songs speaks to me in one way or another.

I lost both my grandparents in 2021 about 8 months apart. They were my lifeline through my depression and losing them has just gutted me. When this song came out the day I watched the video I immediately thought of my Pops. I saw P!nk in concert in Philly at her homecoming concert this past September and she talked about visiting her dad's grave and she cried throughout singing this song and I sang along and cried too. Music is so powerful.
