    Today, we are making sweet potato black bean chili! We are incorporating Meatless Mondays into our dinner routine. This recipe is low calorie and perfect for meatless Monday! It is full of flavor and a perfect alternative for those who are monitoring calorie intake.

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 can Diced Tomatoes (28 oz)
    2 cans Black Beans (15 oz each)
    1 Sweet Potato (large)
    1 Yellow Onion
    1 cup frozen corn
    1 tsp Garlic Powder
    1 tsp Cumin
    1 1/2 tsps Chili Powder
    1 tsp Liquid Smoke
    2 1/2 cups Water
