If the broker was defrauded and there’s no agreement w/ the new carrier how is that holding hostage ?

I notice you out the blame on the carrier as being scammed but in reality broker was scammed on the load that was trusted to you by the client. If broker and new carrier have no contract then carrier can deal directly with the owner if the freight
