Is there anywhere I can get support for the game-zip 64? I work at a public library and I bought 2 game-zip 64 for an event this summer, and I can't for the life of me get them to work. I'm ok on the microbit, have programmed a few different things for it. But with the game-zip 64 I can't even get the provided code to work. If I try this snake program it will start up as usual, you see the "snake" text on the small screen, but nothing shows on the big screen. You can tell the game is still running because if you randomly press the buttons a bit you can get a game over (text on the small screen and the haptic feedback) but the big screen shows nothing. I assumed it was a hardware problem, some defect, so I made a reclamation to the store and got 2 new ones. Same problem. I'm starting to think that it might me something I'm missing. Where can I get support?

Hello, i ordered one recently and it works perfectly, but some leds dont work. Strangely though, when I turn on the the GAME ZIP most of the LEDs shortly light up.

If you add the code you have run that isn't delivering the results you expect to see and possibly a short video of what is happening on the screen it would help us determine if there is something wrong with it more quickly.
