For years I've collected risers, different XLX style flat track bars because if I'm not comfortable, I want to be able to swap something else on relatively easy and because of my collection of parts I've discovered a couple things. No two motorcycles have the same rider triangle; different seats have put me in different positions. Different footpegs/floorboards...my different riding environments. I tend to run steel risers but I've often admired the fine billet ones. The 10" look perfect behind the ST fairing!
Right? From a motovlogger perspective, I think it's actually my favorite cockpit view out of any of my bikes - Something about simplicity just hits right sometimes
A lot of people hate on it, but honestly, I like having something different compared to my other bikes - Not sure about that speedo, send me a link so I know what we're talking about
Jumping back to the Hod Rod Dyna, but you went with 13" bars correct? When it came to cables, did you remember what length you ordered and did you just source a complete kit or just the brakes and clutch lines? Would've been around 14" of cable right?
@FXDLSBrooklyn Appreciate it man. Running the same bars but don't want to get scalped by going through the dealer when I can do it myself or through a smaller shop. ⚡️
Hi Brooklyn Loving your videos. Question at 5"10" I digging the same seat as you but I'm thinking about the Lucky Daves 13" pullbacks with the My Machinist tripple tree as you showed in another video. So was the Lucky Daves setup as comfortable or more comfortable as Indians Larrys setup. I like Indian Larrys but I'm looking for the more comfortable reach like the L. Daves 13" pull back like I had on my StreetBob. I'd like to hear your input before I pull the trigger. Thanks
Funny... I'm actually going for lower bar setup...I have 14 inch WCTB and I want to go a couple inches lower.... it's comfortable now, I'm 6'2" but i want it a bit more sporty feeling
Can you please post more pictures of the bars on your bike. I wana see more angles. I’m 5 9. I think pull backs are kind of ugly so I’m torn between thrashins 9.5 with pull backs because I think they might be more comfortable and the Larry’s because they look so bad ass. Any advice would help. The st is my first bike
I think these bags would look good on that bike. I really didn't like the factory ST bags shape or looks. Your bike with these small essential bags would pop. Viking Patriot Small Throw Over Saddlebags for Harley Softail Low Rider S FXLRS
@@FXDLSBrooklyn Nope I'm a truck driver and thrashin supply makes the exact same bag for almost the same cost. Just giving you a review of a mod that came out really nice on my bike.
Those bars are excellent, truly unique. I used to watch Indian Larry on all the biker build offs, he was definitely my favorite.
100% - Definitely a legend out here 🗽⚡️

I ran big Al”s 10 inch with there low bend bar. At 5-7 was a very comfortable setup.
Straight or pullback
@@FXDLSBrooklyn pull back my same setup n my FXRS.
SIC.. How do you like the stock speedo? Does the Indian Larry set up accept the KOSO D2 LCD?

Set up looks clean and killer 🤘🏼
Yeah I'm definitely loving it

I gotta look, on the Dyna it's definitely 13'' bars, just don't want to give you wrong info on the cables

If I had to choose I would hands down choose the Indian Larry setup
THanks man.
How wide are those bars? I was thinking about getting the 4" BK brawler bars that are 26" wide.
They're definitely on narrow side, will have to measure next time I'm with the bike
@@FXDLSBrooklyn appreciate bro.

🤫 🤫 🤫 you're going to trigger the Dyna Bro purists
Bars look badass! Clutch cable looks a bit long?
Much appreciated! I don't think so? Might just be the angle
Do you miss not having the lower fairings?
On cold or rainy days, 100% - During extreme heat, no.
Sharp bars.👌
100%

How much $$$ for wires, cables and hoses? Curious before I attempt something similar on LRS.
I don't think it was anymore than $300, I gotta go back and look, I go through Dead Beat Customs for that stuff 🏁 ⚡
sup brother, got back home, unfortunually xd i wanna go back to Portugal :(
hopefully next year i go again
Yeah I hear its sick out there man
Wht up bro, wht reservoir was tht?
Pepacton - I believe this is one of the biggest ones in the Catskills - NYC gets its water from this one
when is the custom paint coming on the ST? 😅
All my other bikes are crazy when it comes to paint, think I'm going to leave this one alone - This one is going to be my minivan
Hard miles
