up smashes are special in this game where u can cancel ur dash midway to an upsmash, so when he dash cancels it with upsmash the momentum from the dash makes him slide

@@sebaschan-uwuYou can up smash out of dash or run in Brawl and every game after. In Melee you have to input a jump and cancel it with the up smash input to get a similar effect.
